Mil Shoot
August 23, 2014
Our military rifle match was held this past Saturday, August 23rd, 2014. Eleven shooters were in attendance. We were treated to a nice morning, with temperatures staying comfortable and a slight breeze keeping the bugs away. After the safety briefing and target scoring instructions, first shots were fired at 09:23, with the last relay completing at 11:10. Range Safety Officers were Patrick Menard and Luc Taillefer. Thank you Luc for volunteering to run the second relay. A thumbs up goes out to the participants for their efficient target changes and for making quick work of cleanup. A big thanks to Guy Lebel, the first guy to the range that morning, who made sure we had enough target stands and helped set the course for the first relay.
Below are the results for the two classes. It should be noted both used the same targets. Amendments were made to the standings to reflect the second relays for two shooters. Highest possible score is 200.
